Té sentit fotografiar el que no es veu. Una verema a una finca petita és una d'aquestes coses: una jornada que comença abans del sol i acaba quan tothom té els braços trencats, però que rarament queda enregistrada més enllà dels números.

Les imatges són del primer dia de verema, al setembre, a la finca de Can Aixertell. Rosa, agrònoma i caporala de la casa, dirigeix la collita: la colla, les caixes, el ritme. Aquesta sèrie és l'intent de fer visible un dia que existeix cada any al mateix lloc i no se sembla mai a si mateix.

There is sense in photographing what nobody sees. The grape harvest on a small farm is one of those things: a day that starts before the sun comes up and ends when everyone's arms are broken, but that is rarely recorded beyond the numbers.

These images are from the first day of *vermar* — the harvest — in September, at Can Aixertell. Rosa, agronomist and *caporala* of the estate, runs the day: the crew, the crates, the rhythm. This series is an attempt to make visible a day that happens every year in the same place and never resembles itself.
